'Made-to-order' is a service we offer to our customers when an item has sold out, for extended sizing or for other fit customisations. So you don't see your size? Have long legs or a short torso? We offer extended sizing and fit customisations.

Please note all 'made-to-order' styles are subject to fabric availability. Once you have placed your order and we have confirmed all of the details, your order is sent to production and takes around 3-4 weeks to be carefully hand made and sent to us, we will notify you immediately of any (rare) unexpected delays.

All items available online are in stock and ready to ship, unless stated otherwise. Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days and usually take 1-5 business days to reach anywhere, worldwide through AusPost Express or DHL Express services.

All full-priced orders, except underwear and hair accessories, are eligible to be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. We understand that every body is a little different and not everything will fit the same and are always happy to work with you on customisations if the item you ordered doesn’t fit as envisioned.
All items purchased on sale or during a promotional period are final sale and cannot be returned.
Generally speaking, avoid fabric softeners, the dryer and make the most of spot cleaning. Most pieces can be hand washed below 40°C with a gentle detergent. As with any delicate item, our pieces best retain their fit and shape through air drying.
