HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
When an item has been added to your cart you will be prompted to review your cart; here you may review the item/s in your cart, update quantities, remove item/s or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the item/s in your cart, you continue shopping or proceed to the checkout and place your order.
Once an order is placed it is hereby an acceptance by the customer to purchase the relevant item/s for the price specified on the website inclusive of any GST and Delivery Fees associated with the order. The advertised price is exclusive of any delivery fees.
Due to any unforeseeable supply issues we may sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock in an item that you have ordered, you will be notified by email promptly. Refunds in this case will be processed within 2-5 business days.
All orders are subject to availability of the goods and confirmation of the order price.
Sale items are only available at the sale price during the relevant advertised sale period.
The Company reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason at any time.
A “Pre-Order” is an item that is currently out of stock but will be ordered directly from the relevant suppliers once an order is placed. The order will be delivered within a specified time frame as advertised on the website after the order is placed. The estimated date of delivery will be displayed in the description for each item and you will be notified via email.
ERROR MADE WHEN ORDERING?
If you made a mistake with your order, please contact customer service no more than 12 hours after your order was placed via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you contact us outside of this time frame, the order may have already been processed and shipped to which we hold no liability.
We will do our best to update your order before the items are shipped however we cannot guarantee that this will be possible. Alternatively you can return the items subject to our returns policy.

When purchasing an item/s you acknowledge and agree that;
Computer resolutions and differentiation in monitors may illustrate colours to appear differently to how they appear in real life.
It is the customers responsibility to check that the description and sizing of item/s is suitable for your needs before submitting any orders.

Prices shown on the website are in AUD Dollars ($AUD) with the option to select US Dollars ($USD), Euros (€EUR), and Pounds (£GBP). Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders placed through the website are an acceptance by the customer to purchase the relevant item/s for the price specified on the website inclusive of any GST and any delivery fees associated with the order. The advertised price is exclusive of any delivery fees.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in currency, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day the card issuer processes the transaction. We are not liable for any difference between the estimated price quoted on the site and the actual price charged to you for the goods as determined by the conversion rate used by your credit card provider or Paypal.

CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal cheques, money orders or direct bank transfers. Your account is charged once you click Complete Order at the checkout.
You will be required to provide payment details that you warrant are both valid and correct to which you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing Information provided. The website is available only to individuals who meet the terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank accepted by us. By making an offer to purchase merchandise you authorise us to perform any credit checks. Furthermore, you agree that we may use the personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed for a credit reference or fraud prevention agency that may keep a record of that information.
You may check your Store Credit balance online via your My Account page.
To use a store credit, sign into your Après Studio account before shopping. Upon checking out, the store credit will be deducted from your cart total. If you do not use the entire store credit the balance will return to your account to be used on future purchases.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After 12 months it will expire and can no longer be used. Any unused amount after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.
If your Store Credit or Redemption Code is lost or stolen it will not be re-issued and the value of the Store Credit will not be refunded. Store Credits are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash. We are not liable for delivery of a Virtual Store Credit to an incorrect or non-existent email address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Store credit is provided in AUD dollars.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
